1. General Overview

bdbg (referred to hereafter as "the Platform", "we", or "the Company") provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and bdbg.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdbg provides bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms that the user must follow.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn, and the wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus from one offer can only be claimed once; the same offer cannot be claimed repeatedly.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another user.
• The Company may change or cancel any promotional offer without notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

bdbg reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in the case of a technical error or obvious mistake, the Company may void the bet and the staked amount will be refunded.

5.2 Markets and Odds

5.3 Maximum Win Limit

6. VIP Program and Cashback

bdbg's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Users can progress to higher tiers gradually through regular betting activity.

Cashback is added to the relevant user's account each week. Cashback is usable directly as cash, though specific wagering requirements may still apply. bdbg reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

1. Any attempt at fraudulent activity, hacking, or system manipulation.
2. Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
3. Betting with the aid of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
4. Stealing another user's information or attempting unauthorized access.

6. Intentional misuse of the bonus system or "bonus hunting".
7. Using the platform for any illegal or unethical purpose.

8. Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the bdbg platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the intellectual property of the Company. Users are granted limited, personal, and non-commercial use only.

• Reproducing or commercially using platform content is prohibited.
• The bdbg logo or brand elements may not be used without permission.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling platform software is prohibited.
• Reading and saving information for personal use is permitted.
