bdbg's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
bdbg believes fun is only truly fun when it stays controlled and healthy. Play on our platform within your own limits, safely.
For ages 21 and above onlyWhy Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting and casino gaming are popular forms of entertainment. However, just like any other entertainment, maintaining the right balance here is very important. bdbg always wants its users to enjoy gaming as a pastime — not as the only way to earn money.
Responsible gaming means more than just keeping bets limited. It means understanding your own mental and financial situation and making informed decisions. When you play, how long you play, and how much money you spend — these decisions should remain entirely in your own hands. bdbg is committed to giving you that control.
Our platform offers a number of effective control tools — such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out — to help you build healthy gaming habits. We want every bdbg member to remain a happy, healthy, and informed player.
Remember: gambling is for adults aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. bdbg actively works to keep the younger generation protected at all times.
Our Protection Tools
bdbg provides these control features to every player free of charge.
Deposit Limit
You can set a deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded. This tool is the most effective way to maintain financial control.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break, close your account yourself for a set period of time. While self-exclusion is active, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.
Time-Out
Use the time-out feature for short breaks — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this period, the account will not be active. Coming back is easy, but the choice to do so stays with you.
Loss Limit
Set up automatic betting suspension after a specified amount of loss. This limit will protect you from further losses made in the heat of the moment.
Minor Protection
bdbg strictly enforces the 21+ age rule. Age verification is mandatory when opening an account. Using parental control software on shared family computers is recommended.
24/7 Support
For any issue or concern, contact our support team. Assistance in both Bengali and English is available around the clock via live chat or email.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone close to you, help should be sought right away.
Repeatedly placing larger bets after a loss to try to recover that loss — this is the most common sign of problem gambling.
Spending money meant for household expenses, debts, or emergencies on betting is a serious warning sign.
Hiding the amount or outcome of gambling from loved ones, telling lies — this is a clear sign of dependency.
Feeling bad-tempered, anxious, or having trouble sleeping when away from betting indicates psychological dependency.
Losing focus on professional or academic responsibilities due to gambling has a negative impact on daily life.
